Pool Boys were on my wishlist to watch all year long and I finally got the chance on Dec. 7th, 2023. Opening for The Cabin Project at Polaris Hall, the band played a dreamy set of indie-pop bangers, including the song Cellophane, which currently sits atop the PDX Presents playlist on Spotify.
They’re playing next on Jan. 22nd at Holocene alongside Jonny’s Day Out and Nate Wey and The Soft Colors as part of Music Portland’s Portland Music Month festivities. Give them a follow and get out to that show. They’re worth the watch.
